<br />WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 20, 1999, executed by Steven A. Kopiseh and Renee L. Kopiseh, as
<br />Trustor(s), for the benefit of TMS Mortgage, Inc. d /b /a The Money Store, which
