DOCUMENT OF AMENDMENT
<br />This Document of Amendment is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and UNION
<br />PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee ", and
<br />hereby amends the License Agreement between such parties recorded on April 1, 1998 as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 103010 Xwith the Hall County Register of Deeds.
<br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Document of Amendment is to
<br />modify the License Agreement to expand the public right -of -way area on which Licensee is
<br />authorized and allowed to use for the collection of subsurface environmental samples and the
<br />installation of monitoring wells in accordance and compliance with a Consent Order issued by
<br />the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Clebum Street Well Superfund Site.
<br />Additional samples are allowed to be taken from public right -of -way adjacent to the property
<br />identified as follows, as shown on the attached map:
<br />• Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), Block One (1), Arnold and Abbott's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />• Fractional Lot Six (6), and all of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Three (3),
<br />Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />• Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block Seven (7), Arnold and Abbott's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />• Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Block Twelve (12), Arnold and
<br />Abbott's Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
