<br />ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ANTHONY J. PRINCIPI, Secretary of Veterans
<br />Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, party of the first part, for good and valuable
<br />consideration to him in hand paid by Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., not in its individual
<br />capacity but solely as trustee, or its permitted successors and assigns, on behalf of Vendee
<br />Mortgage Trust 2001 -2, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
<br />sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto said second party a certain indenture
<br />of mortgage bearing the date of February 22, 2001, executed by Robert E. L. Cary and Peggy D. 0
<br />Cary, husband and wife, Mortgagors, in favor of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Mortgagee, and
<br />conveying:
<br />The Easterly 51 Feet of Lot 1, Block 6, Morris a Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />February 28, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200101501, together with the note therein described. THIS
<br />TRANSFER IS WITHOUT RECOURSE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN A POOLING AND SERVICING
<br />AGREEMENT DATED.
<br />To have and to hold the same unto said second party, its successors and assigns subject only to
<br />the provisions in said mortgages contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 28th day of June, 2001.
