200016812 <br />homes, home nursing care, drugs, food, lodging, rent, utilities, <br />clothing, and other expenses of any and all kinds; to make out <br />and sign income tax returns and to do anything necessary in <br />connection with such taxes; and to cash such refund checks as <br />may be received. <br />5. To retain, sell, keep or dispose of my non - income <br />producing personal property, including furniture, furnishings <br />and personal effects; to execute deeds and bills of sale; to <br />collect monies due; to collect payments on promissory notes or <br />mortgages; to make investments; to give receipts; to buy or sell <br />any stocks or investment accounts; and, to do any and every <br />thing necessary, proper and expedient in connection with the <br />handling of all of my financial affairs and business matters for <br />me, as he deems advisable, in his sole judgment. <br />6. I further direct that all of these powers shall <br />be durable and shall continue even though I may become incompe- <br />tent, giving and granting unto my said attorney full power and <br />authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatso- <br />ever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the <br />premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or <br />could do if personally present, with full power of substitution <br />and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said <br />attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done <br />by virtue thereof. <br />7.
