<br />Nebraska 68802 (herein "Property Address ").
<br />The following additional Deed of Trust provision is hereby added
<br />to and made a part of the above- described Deed of Trust as if it had
<br />originally been included therein:
<br />"GROWTH MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, a Nebraska corporation,
<br />is executing an Assumption Agreement, dated February 16th 1989,
<br />which will be recorded concurrently. with this Supplement to
<br />Deed of Trust, to assume a loan secured by a, Deed of Trust to
<br />FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN AS30 1ATION, Or LINCOLN dated
<br />November 26, 1986, in the originml principal amount of
<br />$1,100,000.00, and which was recorded: on December 2, 1986 in
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Lancaster County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 86- 40806. Borrower hereby agrees that a
<br />default under the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust
<br />or the previous described Deed of Trust, under the terms and
<br />conditions of either Note secured by its respective Deed of
<br />Trust, or under the terms and conditions of any of the other
<br />instruments securing any of said Notes, including the previous
<br />described Assumption Agreement, shall constitute a default
<br />under the, te=.,s and conditions of both this Deed of Trust and
<br />said previous Geed of Trust, and., upon such rac:currence,
<br />Beneficiary may exercise any of the rigiLts and remedies
<br />provided herein•or in any of said security instruments."
<br />All other terms, covenants and conditions of the Deed of Trust
<br />described above are ratified and affirmed.
