Bruce, as Seller, and Peters <br />Brothers, Inc., a corporation, as Buyer, that the following <br />described real property has been sold under a written installment <br />sale contract dated the /G-ex day of "nr+wr&2, 1989. The. <br />property sold.under said Kgreement is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Two (Z), in Dodd Marshall's <br />Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska <br />together with improvements located on the real estate <br />The Seller has executed, acknoarledged, aid delivered a deed <br />conveying the real estate herein, whit , deed is held in escrow by ;: <br />the escrow agent, Lauritsen, Brcwnell,;Brostrom & Stehlik, pursuant <br />to the sale contract, which provides th t:.:�ihe Seller retains a first <br />lien on the real property to secure fulfillment of the contract__ { <br />terms by the Buyer. The'Buyer is entitled to possession of the real <br />estate from and after the /6 day of February, 1989.
