<br />1. The City of Grand, Island, Nebraska, by action of its City
<br />council on January 3, 1989j, enacted ordinance No. 7524 which
<br />directed.-the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner 'and terms thereof.
<br />2. ordinance No. 7524. was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent accordiaq_to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the terms thereof was, published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />' Independent,.. a newspaper published in and of general .circulation
<br />-in GraeA ",t-ajatjd -, Ha.& County, Nebraska, for thr�• consecutive
<br />cadeks, ch:Za uarg "1.6, January 17, and Januaxy 24, 1989, all as
<br />by Sectiah` -16 -202, Rc R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />I* No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City
<br />Cgaumdij of the -City of Grand•Is,land, Ball County, Nebraskan within
<br />thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7524.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7524 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the fflayor and City
<br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to RONALD R. L- EWANDOWSKI and
<br />AGNES',E. LEWANDOWSKI, husband and wife, a deed for said real
<br />estate, and• the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without
<br />furthor action on behalf of the City Council.
<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00)
<br />received from the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto
<br />PDNALD R. LEWANDOWSKI and AGNES E. LEWANDOWSKI ,
<br />jhusban�i and wife, with right of survivorship, the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot Twenty -four (24), Regency By The Green Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described, premises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto
