FERGUSON, <br />A SINGLE PERSON 1iRXXXKKXX*1K" did convey certain real estate therein described <br />in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of C <br />Grand Island Finance Company, therein referred to as Beneficiary; \ <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and <br />said Trustee has received written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey <br />the trust property from the Beneficiary; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee <br />under the above - described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration <br />of the satisfaction of the indebtedness evidenced by such Trust Deed received <br />from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the person or persons <br />entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real <br />property in HALL County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Fourteen (14), in Wallich's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to <br />Grantees' heirs and assigns forever. <br />Dated: August 9, 2000 <br />Arend R.
