<br />10W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT Samuel R. Pierce. Jr. , Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,
<br />of Washington, D. C., Grantor, in consideration of the stun of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and
<br />other valuable considerations in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
<br />unto Galen Lambrecht and Harriet Larrbrecht, Husband and Wife
<br />of Wood River: Nebraska , Grantees,
<br />as joint tenants, and not as tenants In comma, the following described teal property
<br />situate in the County of Hall State of Nebraska; to wit;
<br />Lots One (1) and Two. (2).. Brack Nine (9). Original" T64r. of
<br />Wood River. Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />BRIM the same property acquired by the Grantor pursuant to the provisions of the
<br />National Housing Act; as amended (12 USC 1701 et seq.I and the Department of Housing and
<br />Urban Develcpmeat::Act (79 Stat. 667).
<br />TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
<br />and all the estate,, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the said
<br />Grantor, of, in, or to the saes, or any part thereof.
<br />IT BEING the intention of all partiea hereto that in the event of the death of
<br />either of said Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate described herein
<br />shall vest "its -the surviving Grantee.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the above described premises, with the°.appurtenonces, unto the
<br />said Grantees as Joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or
<br />to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and the said Secretary of
<br />Housing and Urban Development, and for his successors and assigns, does covenant with
<br />the Grantees herein named,•and with their assigns and with the heirs, and assigns of the
<br />survivor of -them, that the said Grantor is lawfully seised of said promises; that they
<br />are free from ineumbrance; that the said Grantor has good right and lawful authority
<br />to sell the same, and that the said Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, will,
<br />and his successors and assigns, shall, WARRANT and DEFEND the sane unto the named Grantees
<br />gad unto their assigns and the heirs and asst &s of the "survivor of it emj forever," against
<br />the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or under rhem, and
<br />against no other claims or demands.
<br />SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and
<br />rights appearing of record; and SUBJECT to any state of facto an aratrat a storvev time let
