THIS DEED, made this 9th day of August, 2000, between the Bank
<br />of Wood River, Trustee; Bank of Wood River d /b /a Heritage Bank
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary; and David A. Musil, a single person,
<br />Trustor.
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration,
<br />did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on June 1, 1999, recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Hall, and
<br />identified as Document No. 99- 105551, conveyed to Trustee, his
<br />successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in
<br />said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Sixty -nine (69), Grand Island Original
<br />Town, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.

<br />RECONVEYANCE
