<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated July 28, 1986, which was
<br />recorded on July 29, 1986 , in the Real Estate Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 86- 104223, and rerecorded on
<br />September 11, 1986, in the Real Estate Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 86- 1051620 DOONAN TRUCK &•EQUIPMENT,
<br />TNd., did convey certain real estate therein described in trust
<br />unto LARRY R. FORMAN, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of ASSOCIATES COMMERCIAL CORPORATION, therein referred to as
<br />Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said,Trust Deed have
<br />been satisfied and said Trustee has received atri teen, request by
<br />such Beneficiary to reconvey the trust property from the Bene-
<br />ficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Larry R. Forman, Attorney. at Law, in his
<br />capacity as Trustee under the above- described Trust Deed, herein
<br />called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by.•ssuch Trust Deed received from Grantee,
<br />does hereby release and reconfirm .unto the person or,'.persons
<br />entitled thereto, herein called the Grantee, the fdilowing-
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Two (2) , and
<br />part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(SW}NWI) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the easterly right -of -way line
<br />of U.S. Highway No. 281, said point being Nine Hundred
<br />Seventy (970.0) feet south and One Hundred Thirty -Five
<br />(135.0) feet east of the northwest corner of said
<br />Section Twenty -Nine (29); thence southerly along said
<br />right-of-way line and parallel to the west line of said
<br />Section Twenty-Nine' (29), a distance of Nine Hundred
<br />Twenty =Nine and Four Tenths (929;4) feet, to the
<br />northerly right -of -way line of a County road; thence
<br />deflecting left 120 °58'30" and running northeasterly
<br />along said right -of -way li:nep, a distance of Ninety

<br />thence northerly parallel to the west line of said
<br />Section Twenty -Nine (29), a distance of Three Hundred
<br />Fifty (350.0) feet thence westerly parallel to the
<br />north line of said Seotion Twenty -Nine (29), a distance
<br />of Six Hundred Sixty' (660.0) feet to the place of
<br />beginning and containing 6.322 acres more or less;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD.. the above - described promises, together
