<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated July 28, 1986, which was
<br />recorded on July 29, 1986 , in the Real Estate Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. as Document No. 86- 104225, WENDELL M. DOONAN
<br />and MARY JANE DOONAN, husband and wife, did convey certain real
<br />estate therein - described in t "st unto LARRY R. FORMAN, Attorney
<br />at Law, as Trustee for the be6nefit of ASSOCIATES COMMERCIAL
<br />CORPORATION, therein referred to as Seneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have
<br />been satisfied and sAid Trustee has received written request by
<br />such Beneficiary, to reconvey the trust property from the Bene-
<br />ficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREPORE, Larry R. Forman, Attorney at Law, in his
<br />capacity as Trustee under the above - described Trust Deed, herein
<br />called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantee,
<br />does hereby release and recmnfirm unto the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, herein called the Grantee, the following -
<br />described real-property in Hall County, Nebraska:
