<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />RICHARD A. ATCHITY and MICHELLE R. ATCHITY, husband and wife,
<br />ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE BUILDING & LOAN ASSOCIATION,
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, FSB, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a
<br />loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of One Hundred Thousand and No/ 100
<br />Dollars ($100,000.00) the Lease dated August 18, 2000 wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the
<br />Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the following - described premises:
<br />Lots Eighteen (18) and Eighteen -A (18 -A), having a lake front footage of 125
<br />feet, situated on the East side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and being
<br />on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /zSW1 /4), in Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road;
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of One Hundred
<br />Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($100.000.00), with interest and according to the provisions
<br />of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment
<br />of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
