Atchity and Michelle R. Atchity, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants, the following property: <br />A. All of my lease rights under Lease dated the November 5,1999, <br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Cleo N. Koerber is <br />the Lessee, and pertaining to: <br />Lots Eighteen (18) and Eighteen -A (18 -A), having a lake front footage <br />of 215 feet, situated on the East side of the East Portion of Kuester <br />Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(E' /2SWI /4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side <br />by the common road; <br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor. <br />B. All improvements on said above- described premises. <br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements <br />on said premises excepting- <br />D. Stork Certificate No. 203 for 37,5 shares of the common stock of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc. <br />I warrant that I am the owner of the above - described property, improvements and <br />personal property on the above - described premises; that I am entitled to sell the same; that <br />said property is free of all liens and encumbrances; and that I will warrant and defend the <br />title to said property against the claims of any other persons whomsoever. <br />DATED this/ay of August, 2000. <br />Cleo N.
