The South One -Half (S1 /2) of Lot Eight (8) and the South Forty-Four
<br />feet (S44') of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) Block Twenty -Seven (27) of
<br />Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from United Nebraska Bank,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 12, 1998, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 100033.
<br />On or about December 31, 1997, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The
<br />Assignment was recorded January 2, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 100034.
<br />Michael E. Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Tn ,,stor far
<br />which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said
<br />obligation.
