The South One -Half (S1 /2) of Lot Eight (8) and the South Forty-Four <br />feet (S44') of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) Block Twenty -Seven (27) of <br />Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from United Nebraska Bank, <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 12, 1998, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 100033. <br />On or about December 31, 1997, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its <br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The <br />Assignment was recorded January 2, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 100034. <br />Michael E.
