<br />This Agreement executed this 21st day of June, 2001, by

<br />WHEREAS, Five Points Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary executed a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Kevin R. Stutzman and Karla K. Stutzman, in the original amount
<br />$40,000.00, dated June 30, 2000, recorded on July 12, 2000 as, Document
<br />No.200005635, of Hall County, affecting the following described property:
<br />Lot 2, Weber Subdivision, Cairo, Hall County Nebraska
<br />AND WHEREAS, Kevin R. Stutzman and Karla K. Stutzman, executed a Deed of
<br />Trust in favor of First Federal Lincoln Bank, in the principal amount of $21,950.00 dated
<br />Tian, z3, ZOO/ , recorded on -Tune z9, zoo i , as Document No. (3zoo lo( 3z3 , in
<br />the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $1.00 in hand
<br />paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable
<br />consideration, Five Points Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, does hereby subordinate and
<br />does hereby declare to be subordinated to the lien of the Deed of Trust recorded as
<br />Document # , in Hall County, Nebraska.
