KERMIT A. HASSELMAN, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />MAXINE J. SEIER, DECEASED, "GRANTOR ", conveys and releases to
<br />KERMIT A. HASSELMAN, GRANTEE, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76 -201):
<br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the
<br />following described property:
<br />Lot One (1) Island and part of Lot Two (2) Island, plus
<br />accreted land, in the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of
<br />Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />excepting therefrom tracts conveyed to the County of
<br />Hall, Nebraska, by deeds recorded as Documents numbered
<br />77- 003554 and 99- 110120 and also excepting therefrom
<br />tract conveyed to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded
<br />in Book 146 at Page 448,
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled
<br />to distribution of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR
<br />covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful
<br />authority to convey and release the same.
