7. <br />r <br />89-- 100501 <br />0933825 -4 <br />MORTGAGE ADDENDUM <br />The following are addends to the Mortgage. Please check the applicable addendum. The <br />addendum checked shalt be incorporated into, and recorded with, the Mortgage.
