<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by 
<br />VIRGIL L KRUSE AND DEBORAH KRUSE, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
