<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City
<br />Council on December 19, 1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7521 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7521 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the. ;terms thereof:;,was ,published. in the;-Grand Island Daily,
<br />'WIndependent ,4 :; newspaper: published, :. in:�and.,!of��generai circulation s
<br />in Grand `Island, Hall. County,` Nebraska, ''for" "three "consecutive
<br />weeks, on December 27, 1988, and January 3 and January 10, 1989,
<br />all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City
<br />Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within
<br />thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7521.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7521 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, a corporation, a warranty deed for said real
<br />estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without
<br />further action on behalf of the City Council.
<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) received from
<br />the Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms
<br />unto
<br />EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />a corporation, the Grantee, the following described real estate:
<br />Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block 1; and Lots 14, 15
<br />16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26, Block 2;
<br />and Wagon Road vacated by Ordinance No. 7520, and that
<br />part of Millstone Road vacated by Ordinance No. 7520, all
<br />in Olde Mill Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the sidewalk
<br />easements recorded in the records of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 84- 005625 and reserved
<br />in Ordinance No. 7520.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
<br />And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee and with
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized
