<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Vernon C Vodehnal and Louise M Vodehnal, Husband
<br />and Wife, Trustor to AREND R BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND
<br />NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, February
<br />28, 1996, and recorded March 7, 1996, as Document #96- 101687 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT EIGHTEEN (18), CAPITAL HEIGHTS FIFTH (5TH) SUBDIVISION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
