<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT Whereas, the indebtedness, secured by the Trust
<br />Deed executed by Excel J.V. Partners, L.P., a California limited partnership, Trustor, TO Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company, as Trustee for the Benefit OF RJN Management a/k/a RJN Management
<br />Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 30, 1988, and recorded as Document No.
<br />88- 107083 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid in full, and
<br />THAT, WHEREAS, Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement attached hereto;
