<br />6. That the Plaintiff has failed and refused to pay child
<br />support since July. 1986. That the total amount due and owing
<br />for child support is the sum of $16,200.00.
<br />7. That the Plaintiff should be required to pay the
<br />Defendant's reasonable attorney's fees, expenses and costs in
<br />this matter. The sum of $675.00 is a reasonable attorney's fee in
<br />this matter.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the Defendant, Linda L. Poe,
<br />shall have judgment againat tbe• Defendant for the sun of
<br />$18,195.00, for all of which- .let execution issued, and it is
<br />further
<br />ORDERED that the JudgTent and Decree entered May 10, 1985,
<br />be and shall be modified to Order that the Defendant, Linda L.
<br />Poe., shall be entitled to all interest in the Contract for Deed
<br />wherein the parties hereto are selling their interest in the real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska, more Particularly described as
<br />Lot 3, Billy Poe Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, to Carmel
<br />Yost, and it is further`
<br />ORDERED that one -half of the payments from the Contract fail
<br />Deed, be and shall be applied first to current child support and
<br />then to back child support.
