<br />Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record July 31, 1996 and recorded in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.96- 105899.
<br />On or about July 31, 1996, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal
<br />Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded July 31, 1996, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 105900.
