<br />SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, Michael W. Campbell &
<br />Deborah D. Campbell , Bank of Doniphan hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Mortgagors/Trustees" did on the 1 thday of May , 20 OO,execute and deliver to
<br />Bank of Doniphan a mortgage /deed of trust upon certain real estate
<br />located in Hall County, Nebraska , and legally described as:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Twelve (12), Parkhill 3rd Subdivision,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Conditioned for and to secure the payment of the sum shown on the NOTE, which mortgage /deed of
<br />trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County on the 16 day of May , 20 OOas Document No. 0200003958
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors/Trustees, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or securing
<br />certain debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a mortgage /deed of trust upon the real estate to
<br />Central National Bank, Its Successors and Assigns
<br />conditioned for the payment of the sum of Forty Thousand Five Hundred
<br />Dollars ($4 500. 00 ), to be a first mortgage /deed of trust upon the premises;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Bank of Doniphan in consideration of the premises and
<br />for value received, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain,
<br />consent, promise and agree to and with Mortgagors/Trustees, their heirs and assigns, that the
<br />mortgage /deed of trust upon the premises thus to be executed by Mortgagors/Trustees to
<br />CPntrnl Nnt;nnal Bank, Its Successors and Assigns
<br />' for the amount and interest above mentioned, shall at all times be a prior
<br />mortgage /deed of trust and a prior lien upon the premises to the mortgage /deed of trust of
