SCHOEPF, wife and husband, GRANTOR, in consideration \\ <br />of ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($105,000.00) received from <br />GRANTEES, TEAGUE G. SUTHERLAND and RENEE D.
