<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City
<br />Council on January 16, .1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7514 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7514 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law on December 12, 1988, and
<br />immediately. thereafter notice of such sale and the terms thereof
<br />was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper
<br />published in and cf general circulation in Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks, on December 13,
<br />December 20, and December 27, 1988, all as required by Section
<br />16 -202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City
<br />Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within
<br />thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7514.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7514 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to PAUL A. JAKUBOWSKI and
<br />RUBY E. JAKUBOWSKI, husband and wife, a quitclaim deed for said
<br />real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized
<br />without further action on.behalf of the City Council, and the City
<br />shall not furnish - title . irmura' ace.
<br />5. NOW, TEMFORE, THE CITY OF''GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation—i-n-Hail county, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) received from the
<br />Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm
<br />unto
<br />PAULA. JAKUBOWSKI and RUBY E. JAKUBOWSKI,
<br />husband and wife, the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots One (1) and Two
<br />(2), :County Subdivision: of the South Half of the

<br />Township Eleven Range Nine (9) West of the
