200006599 estate mortgage in the sum of $2000.00, 59 The court further finds that Shirley Grunkemeyer is at the present time the only child of Elva Grunkemeyer nee Elva McWhirter and that ac- cording to the terms and conditions of the last will and testament of said deceased the real estate and. personal property hereinbefore described des- cends to and vests in the said Shirley Grunkemeyer and any other children J which may be born to the said Elva Grunkemeyer after this date; that Elva Grunkemeyer is entitled to the income from all of the real estate and per- sonal property hereinbefore described during her life time. It is therefore considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the Final Account of the said Elva Grunkemeyer executrix of the Estate of Emberson A.
