<br />of 154 feet to the Point Of Beginning; thence northwesterly, deflecting 90 °,
<br />perpendicular to the said southerly line of Lot One (1) a distance of 50 feet; thence
<br />northeasterly, deflecting 90 °, parallel to the said southerly line of Lot One (1) a
<br />distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; thence southeasterly, deflecting 90 °, perpendicular to
