Nebraska,' that they will install or provide at their <br />expense. the 4ollowing improvements: <br />- 1• -i4a_ vino. ne Subdividers waive the right to object to any <br />paving or repaving districts of Quail Lane or Mallard Lane where <br />they abut the subdivision. <br />2. Water. •`Public water service is not available to the <br />subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private wells <br />for each,,structure located within said subdivision. The <br />Subdividers: agree not to protest the creation of any water <br />district$ vithin said subdivision, and further agree to connect any <br />and all structures to any water main abutting the lot upon which <br />said structure is located within.•two construction seasons after <br />completion of said water main. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer.
