Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Four (4), in Dill and Huston's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 1, 1997, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 103320. <br />On or about April 30, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal <br />Mortgage Corporation.
