The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City <br />Council on September 26, 1988, enacted Ordinance no. 7496, which <br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the <br />manner and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 7496 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the <br />terms thereof were published in the Grand Island 'Daily Inde- <br />pendent for three successive weeks, on October 4, October il, and <br />October 18, 1988, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943. <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City <br />Council of the Cityr�of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days <br />of the passage and.-publication of Ordinance No. 7496. <br />4.
