<br />Joan Slobojan, Personal Representative of the Estate of Roger Clark Crawford, Deceased,
<br />GRANTOR, in consideration of Seven thousand and no /100's DOLLARS received from GRANTEES,
<br />Scott Jackson and Wanda Jackson, husband and wife, quitclaims to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not
<br />as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. § 76 -201):
<br />The South 50 feet of Lots 5 and 6, Block 5, Brown's Addition to Aida, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner
<br />of said Lot 6, thence Northerly on the Westerly line of said Lot 6 a distance of 50 feet;
<br />thence Easterly parallel to the Southerly line of said Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 100 feet to
<br />the Easterly line of said Lot 5, thence Southerly on the Easterly line of said lot 5 a
<br />distance of 50 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 5; thence Westerly on the Southerly
<br />line of said Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
