<br />Lot 41, Jeffrey Oaks Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust in paragraph 1 provided for future advances to be made against the security of the Deed of Trust; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Borrower desires to obtain a loan from Lender in the amount of $ 34 , 566. 00 , but the Lender is unwilling to
<br />make such loan unless the Lender obtains a Deed of Trust on the Real Property and, further, that any future advances under the Deed of Trust are
<br />limited and restricted as set forth herein; and
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor desires to accordingly limit the maximum amount that may be secured under the Deed of Trust as a future advance.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby state to and give notice to you as follows:
<br />1. Notice is hereby given that the Deed of Trust shall secure an amount not to exceed the amount actually advanced and outstanding on the Deed
<br />of Trust as of August 01, 2000 . The Grantor is of the opinion that such amount is approximately $ 43 , 2 0 0 . 0 0
<br />2. The Grantor does further waive his right to obtain any additional or future advances under the Deed of Trust.
