Frankforter and Deanna M. Frankforter, <br />husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable] <br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Dan O. Petsch and Kimberly <br />S.
