The name of the association shall be <br />Indianhead Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., a non - profit <br />corporation. <br />The land which is submitted to the condominium is described as <br />follows: <br />Lot Five (5), Indianhead Fourth Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The total number of units created shall be ten (10). The number of <br />units to be created initially is two (2) , and by the exercise of special <br />declarant rights, this document creates an additional eight (8) units with <br />additional real estate, which shall be accomplished by amending this Master <br />Deed and Declaration. <br />ARTICLE IV. BOUNDARIES <br />The boundaries of each unit, including the unit's identifying number, <br />are shown on Exhibits "All (plat and plan) . The boundaries are the <br />unfinished surface of the outermost interior walls, fireplace openings, <br />if any, up to the flue in the closed position, the unfinished service of <br />the ceiling immediately below the roof as indicated for each separate unit <br />upon the attached Exhibit "All and the extension of those surfaces where the <br />unit includes unenclosed space. <br />The common elements are all portions of the condominium other than <br />the units. The limited common elements, other than those shown on Exhibits <br />"A" are: <br />(a) If any chute, flue, duct, wire, conduit, bearing wall, <br />bearing column or any other fixture lies partially within <br />and partially outside the boundaries of a unit, any <br />portion serving only that unit is a limited common <br />element allocated to that unit, and any portion serving <br />more than one unit or any portion of the common element <br />is a part of the common elements. <br />1 <br />
