Conn and Theresa J. Conn, are the Defendants, the object <br />and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of the amount due Plaintiff <br />on the mortgage dated March 12, 1987, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on March 13, 1987, as Instrument No. 87- 101360, wherein Jerry E. Conn and <br />Theresa J. Conn, as husband and wife, mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The South Fifty -Six (56) feet of the North One Hundred Sixty Eight (168) feet of <br />the East Half (E1 /2) of Block Ten (10), in Pleasant Home Subdivision of a Part of <br />the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1 /2 SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -One (21), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interests <br />of Defendants, Jerry E. Conn and Theresa J.
