Dunning, a married person <br />, herein called the grantor whether one or more, <br />in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Considerations ($1.00) <br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto <br />Michael S. Dunning and Teresa J.
