<br />You are hereby notified that Eric M. Thompson and Danielle M. Anderson, both single
<br />persons, as Trustors, did on or about March 12, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial
<br />Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the
<br />following- described real property:
<br />The Southerly 74.2 Feet of Lot Ten (10) and the Southerly 74.2 Feet
<br />of the Easterly 9.6 Feet of Lot Nine (9), All in Block Five (5), In
<br />Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on March 17, 1997, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 101871.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said
<br />obligation.
