Peyton, as husband and wife. as <br />Trustors, did on or about August 7, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a <br />Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real <br />property: <br />Fractional Lot Six (6), In Fractional Block Twenty (20), In Wallichs' <br />Addition and its complement, Fractional Lot Six (6), In Fractional Block <br />Four (4), in the Bonnie Brae Addition, Both Additions to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 12, 1996, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 106164. <br />On or about August 7, 1996, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal <br />Mortgage Corporation.
