<br />WHEREAS Bernard F. Johnson and Harriette B. Johnson (husband and wife) were the original Borrowers, and
<br />AmerUs Bank was the original Beneficiary under the certain Deed of Trust dated August 25, 1997 and recorded
<br />May 7, 1997 as Instrument Number 97 - 103483 of Official Records of Hall County, State of Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, and desires to substitute a new
