<br />Nebraska corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the
<br />District Court of Hall Comity, Nebraska against Dale L. Rieflin...
<br />and Michelle Rieflin, husband and *rife; and "John Doe ", real and
<br />true name unknown, Defendants, the.object and prayer of which is
<br />to foreclose a certain mortgage of $18,800.00 on the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Six (6), Spaulding & Gregg's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, ..
<br />given by the Defendants Sale' L Rieflin and Michelle Rieflin on
<br />the 4th day of April, 1985.,' ta.. Plaintiff, and that said
<br />mortgage was duly filed fczr• record in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on April 5, 1985 and duly
<br />recorded as Document No. 85- 001657 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />said county thereof.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $20,335.92 on said
<br />mortgage, plus interest thereon at $5.80 per diem - commencing
<br />January 3, 1989, and thd.,,Bond it was given to secure, and it,
<br />prays for the sale of the'•real estate above described to satisfy
<br />the amount found due omits mortgage and interest and costs of
<br />that action.
