<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this ` -day of August,
<br />2000, by James I. Shamberg, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed \�
<br />of Trust wherein Alfred F. Husen and Georgiann M. Husen, his wife,
<br />are Beneficiary, and Jon F. Husen and Denise Husen, husband and -
<br />wife, are Trustors and James I. Shamberg, Attorney at Law, is
<br />Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 27, 1994, and
<br />identified as Document No. 94- 105530, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), G & A Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
