<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by adtion..of its City
<br />Council on November 21, 1988,• enacted Ordinance No.:, � 7504 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />.r... 2. Ordinance No. 7504 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of ttich sale and
<br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper pr, bli.shed in and of general circulation
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County,. .9ebraska, for three consecutive
<br />weeks, on November 29, December .5, and December 13, 1988, all as
<br />required by Section 16 -202, R.R .'S. 1943, as amended.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City
<br />Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within
<br />thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7504.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No.- 7504 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />cs:itall MakB, exacutc -1. attu deliver W, ARLES E. P02-C and -MARY
<br />A. FOX a deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed
<br />is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City
<br />Council.
<br />.•� 5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) received from the
<br />Grantees, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms
