<br />,WHEREAS, Grantee desires to obtain and Grantor is willing to
<br />grant a perpetual nonexclusive easement to the Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns, for the purpose of establishing a private
<br />drive to afford access to the real estate owned by the Grantee1

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
<br />other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants and
<br />conveys unto Grantee, its Buccessars and assigns, an easement for
<br />ingress and egress over, through and upon that tract of real
<br />estate described above as owned by the Grantor.

<br />Grantor further grants and conveys unto Grantee, its suc-
<br />cessors and assigns, full and free right and liberty for it, its
<br />tenants, servants, visitars, and licensees, in common with all
<br />others having the like right, at all times hereafter, with or
<br />without vehicles of any description, for all purposes connected
<br />with the use. and enjoyment of the said land of the Grantee for
<br />whatever purpose the said land may be ~rom time to tL~e lawfully
<br />used and enjoyed, to pass and repass along the said private drive
<br />so established for the purpos~ of access to the Grantee's property.

<br />Such easement hereby established is specifically subject to
<br />the reservation by the Grantor that the same may be used by the
<br />Grantee, its successors ~nd assigns, in conjunction with the use
<br />of the Grantor, its successors and assigns'" as to its entirety,
<br />and further subject to the express understandin9 that the Grantor,
<br />its successors and assigns, shall in no way he bound to construct
<br />or maintain the private drive and shall in rio way assume any lia-
<br />bility or responsibility to Grantee, its 'successors and assigns,
<br />or any other person using said priv~te dr~ve by. invitation,
<br />express or impLied, or by reason of any business conducted with
<br />the Grantee, its successors or assigns, or otherwise~
