Notice of default and election to sell is given by Joseph H. Said Deed of Trust grants to First Federal Lincoln Bank, <br />Lender, the power of sale over the following described real estate: <br />A piece or parcel of land described as follows: Commencing at a point 16 rods West of the <br />Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter Northeast Quarter (NW 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section <br />12, Township 9 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, running <br />thence West on the Section Line 19 2/5 rods; thence South at right angles 12 rods and 15 feet <br />thence East at right angles 19 2/5 rods; thence North at right angles 12 rods and 15 feet to the <br />place of beginning, more commonly known as 2323 W. Platte River Road, Domphan, NE <br />68832 <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustors- <br />Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the monthly <br />payments of principal and interest of One Hundred Sixty -five and 21/100 Dollars ($165.21) <br />for the month of March, 2000; One Hundred Seventy -three and 90/100 Dollars ($173.90)for <br />the month of April, 2000; One Hundred Seventy and 88/100 Dollars ($170.88) for the month <br />of May, 2000; One Hundred Seventy -three and 33/100 Dollars ($173.33) for the month of <br />June, 2000; One Hundred Seventy and 88/100 Dollars ($170.88) for the month of July, 2000, <br />plus late charges.
