The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by VERNON C VODEHNAL and LOUISE M
<br />VODEHNAL, Husband and Wife, as Trustor,
<br />to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, as Beneficiary, dated OCTOBER 16, 1989 , and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 89- 105638 , has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys
<br />to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to
