Schuyler, as husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, did on or about June 8, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Company, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Thirty-One (31), Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said <br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on June 9, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 105879. <br />On or about June 8, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded July 2, <br />1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 106699. <br />Christopher S.
