<br />Case PR 99 -31, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to
<br />Joyce M. Harder and Diann Muhlbach, Trustees of the Testamentary Irrevocable Credit Shelter Trust
<br />of Ralph F.H. Harder by Will dated April 23, 1993, GRANTEE,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />All of Block Six (6), and Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Seven (7), in
<br />Robinson's Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more completely described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4, thence north along the west line of the NW 1/4 a distance of
<br />836.73 feet, thence east a distance of 60.00 feet, to a point on the east R.O.W. line of existing State Highway
<br />and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
<br />thence continuing east 376.40 feet;
<br />thence north, parallel to the west line of said northwest quarter, 390 feet;
<br />thence west 376.40 feet to the point on the east ROW line of said highway, said point being 60.00 feet east of the
<br />west line of said NW 1/4;
<br />thence south along the ROW line 390.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real
<br />estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
