<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated February 17, 1995, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 95- 100928 on February 17, 1995, wherein William J. Elder
<br />and Marilyn E. Elder, husband and wife, were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated February 17, 1995, filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document
<br />No. 95- 100928, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />Forty —One Thousand Five Hundred anc P011ars ($41 , 500 - 09as credit against
<br />the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust recei ed from Grantee(s) as assignee(s) of the
<br />beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />I'SLAND, herein called the Grantee(s), the following - described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />The South Ninety One (9 1) Feet of Lot Five (5) Block Eight (8) Original Town
<br />Now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
